Broccoli, Potatoes, Bell pepper, Peas & Fish - 青花菜,马铃薯,甜椒,豌豆和鱼类

2 cubes broccoli + 2 cubes potatoes + 1 cubes peas + 1 cubes bell pepper + fish

Zucchini, Peas, Broccoli & Carrot Porridge - 西葫芦,豌豆,椰菜和红萝卜粥

2 tbs zucchini + 2 cubes peas + 2 cubes broccoli + 1  cube carrot

delicious porridge!

Baby Corn - 玉米笋

Corn contains a good amount of protein and carbohydrates - making it a great food for energy.

Bell Pepper - 甜椒

Bell peppers, also known as sweet peppers, are the best ones for baby. The peppers that are the red, orange or yellow in color are the sweetest and probably the most attractive to baby.

First, you will have to clean the pepper of its seeds. Cut it in half and remove the white pith and the seeds, then slice thinly.

Steaming thinly sliced peppers are the easiest ways to prepare it for baby.

Apple and Plum Puree - 苹果和李子酱

原料: 苹果一个, 李子三个

制法:将苹果和李削皮蒸熟(20-30) 分钟后用blender捣烂即可。 

Method: Wash well and peel the apple and plums. Cut apple and plums into small cube and boil until soft (20-30 minutes) and then mash for baby。
