Homemade sesame powder | 黑芝麻粉

黑芝麻简介
黑芝麻含有的多种人体必需氨基酸，在维生素E和维生素B1(能加速人体的代谢功能);黑芝麻含有的铁和维生素E是预防贫血、活化脑细胞、消除血管胆固醇的重要成分；黑芝麻含有的脂肪大多为不饱和脂肪酸，有延年益寿的作用。
小孩吃了对身体增强了免疫力.

步驟:
1.洗好的黑芝麻放在干净无油的炒锅中。(i used non-stick pan)
2.开中火，用铲子不停的翻炒。
3.一直不停的翻炒，至锅底干爽没有多余的水汽。
4.转小火，用铲子继续不停的翻炒黑芝麻。
5.炒到可以听到锅底发出噼里啪啦声，黑芝麻在锅里跳跃。
6.冷却的黑芝麻装在blender的研磨杯内打成粉末状。
7.打好的黑芝麻粉放在密封盒或密封罐内储存。

注：打成粉末状的黑芝麻粉会有一点黏，应为黑芝麻会出油。

Austin 1st time to a trial class

I had sent Austin to attend the trial Montessori class at The JuniorAcademy located in Bangsar Village.
They were only 5 of them in the trial class and obviously my little monster is the “out of control” student. :p

Austin is very greedy and he wanted to play/touch all the education toys around the class room.  He is busy exploring the toys one by one while the teacher asked for sitting down to have sing along. He is counting the number which is sticking on the wall while teaching is asking on story time. During the snack time, he even got o drink other kid’s drinking bottle! “fainted”

Finally, he is able to sit down and finished the art work. Of course, with mummy’s assistance.

Husband's good friend visit

This is a lovely couple visiting us during May 2012. The handsome guy is my husband good friend since they are at secondly school. Wow...more than 10 years time since the school life and now they are still keep in touch and contacting with each other.

Of course, my husband also d't forgot to bring them to try up the famous local food!

Not forget my naughty son Austin sure wanted to follow!
