原料:  梅子3个

制法:将 梅子削皮加一点水蒸熟(15分钟）后用blender捣烂即可。 

Method：Peel the plums and cut in small cube. Steam with 2 tablespoons of water (15 mins). Once it become soft, mash for baby.
